This is the worst Kohl’s I’ve ever been too. If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime I go in they’re all rude employees all of them. The customer service was terrible, the team members and managers are so rude to the point I don’t ever wanna shop there again. It’s really ridiculous how this staff treated me. Very very disappointed!
Staff helpful but aisles are too congested. Very difficult to find what you need.
Nice store but a bit too cluttered. Isles need to be much wider very cramped and difficult to maneuver and shop.
Decent sales, very long lines but to be expected before Christmas. Most clearance item are garbage unless you're looking for teal XXL pleated jorts.
This was my very first Kohl's store experience back on my birthday in 1996 when it opened. 21 years later, I'm really rediscovering its niche. Rock & Republic is now only at Kohl's, which I enjoy, but I'm taking a second look at Apt. 9 too. Love the Yes2You Rewards as well.
