I purchased our engagement ring from here and they said they would wait until the following day at 4pm to send it out to be sized so my fiance could go see it. When my fiance went there at noon she was asisted by a lady named Cindy. Cindy told my fiance that she already put the ring in a box to be shipped and did not want to stress herself by having to repackage it. Then she told my fiance that she does not have all day to wait around for her to show up and see her ring. When Cindy could have simply opened the box showed her the ring and repacked it(all of which would take 10 minutes). This is not the first time we were mistreated by this rude ass lady and we will never buy from this location again because of her..... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
