The staff at this location is what sets it apart. I'm always greeted, made aware of specials going on, and given helpful recommendations on each visit. Last time, the gentleman who helped me out even gave me a coupon for the cat food I purchased! Incredible customer service and passion like this keeps me coming back, and I always appreciate how helpful the employees here are.
Always has a really good selection and great products and prices. My only problem is the betta fish looked very sickly and there were even some dead ones amongst the cups. Very disheartening.
