Gave a 4 because this place has lost alot of respect due to the rude workers at guest service and dazed cashiers. However the last 2 or 3 times I have visited have been a great experience!! So keep up the positive trend and stay happy!!!

I stopped in here rather than the Giant Eagle I normally frequent, just to see how it compared. Overall, it was not as clean. The building was older, perhaps that lent to the feeling that things were less cleanly than the North Olmsted and W 117 locations I generally frequent. The quality of produce and variety of vegan options were surprisingly good. I wont be changing from my other locations, but if you live nearby this one, it's not bad.
I was lost and scared no idea where and what I was doing. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw him... Ryan Karn helped me that day and it was like meeting God at the gates of Heaven. Hope he gets a raise great guy and more importantly total mans man.
They definitely are due for an update.
Prep foods should have more to offer , and offer better Prep Deals . I have so many friends that work in that area . Always looking for meals , something hearty more than just chicken .
